Burnout Waterproof Boot

Looked good online.Reality was different. I could not move the zipper and the "waterproof " lining was faux fur. Back they go. I ordered 3 pairs of boots from this brand, they came in one giant box. The individual boxes were not secured so a huge pile of single boots came tumbling out when I opened the box. Will never buy this brand again. Cheaply made boots, poor fit, and poor delivery packaging.

I was very excited to receive these pair of boots as I needed a pair with a slightly taller shaft than the ones I had due to all the recent rain. I tried them on and it was comfy though the zipper was finicky and not easy to zip up and down. However, the sizing felt loose on my right foot while the left foot was snug but comfortable. Sure enough when I went to check the size of the shoes, the left was a size 7 while the right was a size 7.5. Needless to say, I needed to return these. Very disappointed by the quality control in shipping me two different sizes and having to waste my time to go return these. I would've kept them if they were both 7s. Now I'm contemplating whether to reorder these or not due to the zipper. They are comfy and cute but the zipper issue could be an annoyance.

I do like that these resemble UGGS but obviously they are not. They do run big but I am scared that if I go down it will be too tight ! However, the width is medium so I might give it a try. Besides that! It is warm, comfy and has a nice grip.

unfortunately return them because the sipper get stuck and wont run because or the wool.
