not a crossbody - better suited to a shoulder bag

Super disappointed. There is no denying this bag is great quality but it should not be advertised as a “crossbody” bag. I have a short torso and it fell short. The straps are adjustable but in saying that, even when adjusted its to short. I’m curious to see if I’m the only one who had this issue.
