Kensington Cotton Trench Coat

Bought this beautiful coat for my daughter. We took our time trying different sizes as it does come up slightly small. She is 5ft 9” and purchased a UK size 12 (usually a Uk 10) to make sure there was room for a sweater under it in the fall. The quality of the coat is lovely. Tbh did expect nicer service when buying an expensive item - the sales assistant appeared irritated that we tried on 3 different coats..wouldn’t even give us the hanger to put the coat on!
