Sent the wrong item
Cannot review this item since I was sent a completely different pair but can review Nordstroms customer service which is lousy. This is not the first time Nordstrom mails ncorrect item. It's frustrating and makes me not want to shop here anymore.

Product was damaged
I received the sunglasses today, perfectly packed but with a big scratch on the left corner, someone from Nostrodom must have seen it and did nothing about it. These are going back tomorrow and definitely want my money back. Terrible quality control service.
