Horrible!
I used the Full Potential shampoo and conditioner twice. It dried my scalp so badly that I ended up with two raised sores on my scalp. It took about 2 weeks for them to go away. Needless to say, the products were returned.
I have never had an issue with any B&B products and I use and have tried many. The Full Potential line in a BIG NO

Dried Scalp

The scent overpowered any pro's this product line might have
I've always loved B&B products and had high hopes for this as well. After the first time using this and the conditioner, it left me sneezing and stuffed up the rest of the morning. The scent is a musty masculine scent, which normally I'd be fine with, but it's so strong smelling I had to re-wash my hair with something else to stop sneezing. if you have any sensitivity to scents, beware of this one.

Substitute for Thickening Shampoo Old Formula
I really like this shampoo. It reminds me of the older formula for the thickening shampoo (major bonus) except better because it gives texture to the hair (the new thickening formula makes fine hair too soft and "gummy"). The smell reminds me of CK One but more towards the masculine side. The smell don't last (bonus). This gave my hair fullness, strength, elasticity, and texture that improved over use. I will continue to buy this. I have not tried the conditioner or spray (I cannot give up my styling cream) but I am sure it is just as great
