How to use: After cleansing with your shampoo, smooth the conditioner through hair and leave in for a minute or two. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with your booster spray.

From flat to fat!
I have very fine, thin, hair. I have tried just about every product on the market that promises to make your hair feel thicker, have more volume, etc. For the first time, I bought a product that actually does what it says it will do! My hair actually looks and feels thicker, and it maintains that look all day. I am very pleased with B&B's Full Potential Conditioner. If your hair history sounds like mine... I can highly recommend purchasing this product.

Stinky & didn't work!Name should be Might Potentially Work
The positive reviews convinced me to purchase this conditioner & its shampoo. I followed the instructions for use; & was very optimistic & patient waiting for good results for over a month. I finished the entire tube already. This conditioner did absolutely nothing for my hair loss. Nor, did this conditioner make my hair stronger. This conditioner smells like my dad's old fashion hair gloss named "Brillantina Jockey Club". I tolerated the bad smell of this "Full Potential" conditioner thinking it will eventually work for me. After using this conditioner & its shampoo, I still have fragile hair & prone to a lot of hair fall out. I was hoping this conditioner would help preserve my hair & diminish my hair fall out as advertised. This stinky conditioner wasn't worth the price nor the smell. Bumble & Bumble needs to change this conditioner's name to "Might Potentially Work"!

Good conditioner, but not quite what I expected.
I was interested in this conditioner because I thought the menthol it contains would make my scalp feel invigorated after using it. Although I didn't feel as much "tingling" on my scalp as I hoped I would, I still liked the results. The conditioner added moisture to my hair without weighting it down.

One of my faves!
First and foremost, this absolutely reduces the amount of shedding you get with your hair. I'm not sure how it works alone because I always used it in conjunction with the shampoo but I noticed from the very first use that my hair shed considerably less compared to numerous other shampoos and conditioners. It isn't the most moisturising so maybe go in with a good oil or pre shampoo mask but it works great!

Almost perfect!
I ADORED the fragrance of this shampoo and conditioner. I've repurchased it more times than I can count for the scent alone! I can say I definitelynoticed a reduction in how much hair would shed even whilst shampooing compared to other shampoos and conditioners I've used, so this range absolutely works. My only gripe is I wish the conditioner was just a little more conditioning and smoothing. In terms of moisture and smoothing, it's just average, however it does make the hair feel soft.
