Failed to fulfill order. Twice
Order cancel twice! Is has happened to be several times ordering from Nordstrom’s. They notified me days later it was not in stock. Other retailers ship in 1-2 days and it usually takes Nordstrom’s 4 days to to get the item to the shipper. Zappos and Bloomingdale’s have it down. Nordstrom’s isn’t what it used to be. The customer experience is poor. It’s the retailer of last resort for me now. Don’t send me a notification my item is back in stock and wait 4 days to talk me the order is canceled because it’s not in stock. Twice a month a part!
