The bassinet attachment is missing!!
Not sure why the most useful part of this portacot is missing in the Australian market?
If you get the stardust in Europe or USA you get it with a bassinet attachment for younger babies, but here in Australia you don't. You can't even purchase it separately. It doesn't make any sense....

I bought this for my new baby grandson to use when we went on holiday this Christmas - looked up on choice and this was the one recommended and although great, there was no way of folding /unzipping the side down, and in turn I damaged my back from all the bending and twisting

No newborn insert
I bought this due to the safety features and the fact that my daughter (bub's mum) likes the Bugaboo products. But there is no insert, even the option to purchase separately, for the newborn addition. If I knew this prior to spending lots of dollars on this, I wouldn't have considered it. Now I am stuck with a product that is virtually unusable. But on a positive note, it is easy to set up and pack away.
