Not great for Australian summer
I bought this as the canopy that comes with the pram gets quite warm even on a mild day.
My twins are only 12 weeks old and I can't put sunscreen on them yet. The mesh let's in so much sunlight and I'm worried my boys will be sunburnt so having to cover with a muslin cloth every time we go out. You can't cover the mesh panels so when it's breezy outside its not great either. My old single pram had flaps over the mesh bits which was way better.
Its really not practical and I'm pretty disappointed considering the price.

Thank you for your review on the Bugaboo Donkey 3 sun canopy. We appreciate your feedback. The mesh paneling is added to allow the extra airflow, because of the way the mesh holes are, the UPF is 5+. If it is a particularly sunny day it would be good to have an additional sun protection means with a parasol or some form of umbrella.
