Nice quality, but unfortunate cut and pattern
Generally I like Akris Punto, but this dress has a very bizarre cut: the lowered waist coupled with plaid pattern makes one look bulky (which is quite a rare thing for me, being tall and slim). Runs small - I usually wear size 6 and ordered both 6 and 8 as I planned to layer some woolly sweaters underneath. Size 6 was cancelled, and size 8 was okay with t-shirt, but not with a sweater. Also, the fabric is very thick and heavy, so it is definitely a winter garment, not a fall one (unless one lives very much up north). Returned it.
