Disappointed In Nordstrom

The bracelet is beautiful! The 3 star rating is for Nordstrom not the bracelet. Nordstrom has been my favorite store for many years. Wondering why the bracelet arrived in a Nordstrom box instead of a David Yurman box? I've noticed lately that many items ordered online do not have the same attention to detail (regarding packaging / presentation, etc.) as items that are purchased at a store. Very disappointing!
