What it does: Envelop your lips with weightless matte color. These five holiday-exclusive shades softly and evenly drench lips with just the right amount of nonsettling, nonflaking, comfortable pigment, delivering ten hours of moisture with a whipped, mousse-like texture. The special blend of vitamin E, powders and emollient properties provides excellent cushion, flexibility, wear and moisture that will leave lips looking and feeling soft and smooth all day. Each is ready to gift in limited-edition bubble-popped and bow-topped packaging.

Misleading model photos
I bought spiked cocoa based off the pictures above (no Mac store nearby to see in person.)The pictures show it as a slightly pinkish nude on all the models and this is not the case at all. It is straight up brown, no pink at all. I can't speak to the wearability or wear as this color doesn't work for me at all and won't end up used by me.

good staining + moisture
Bought this online so hadn't seen / felt how it applies. If that's the case for you too, here's the deal. It's smooth and surprisingly moisturizing AND the "powder" part of powder kiss is true too. I've found that the applicator draws out of the tube fairly globby. and kinda goes on that way. I can't just swipe this bold color on to shape my lips and really does need a liner to work out the edges. The color lasts for ages so the SLIGHT bit longer it takes to apply it well is worth it. I have a feeling that with a less bold shade those "complaints" above probably wouldn't apply or at least would be reined in.

Amazing color - NOT long lasting
Why does MAC advertise that the powder kiss liquid line is long lasting? Any color I've tried fades and bleeds even when pairing with lip prep+prime and or a lip pencil. It's a tie! Is such a beautiful berry color on my olive skin. PLEASEEEEEE make a retro matte in this shade!!!

Spiked Cocoa
I don't know why it wouldn't let me review spiked Cocoa but thats the color got and I love it. I love this formula. It feel so plush and comforting on the lips. But the color was such a knockout color on my lips because my lips are naturally pigmented to I have to consider that when making lip color choices and this one was great. Plus it does stay on for a long time. It may leave small traces sipping on a coffee cup but only right after you put it on. It dries down (but not all the way down so it's uncomfortable. To a velvety smooth layer. I love it. Top notch product!
