Very disappointed with this purchase. I bought this purse for my tropical vacation. Used it a total of 3 times while out to dinner. Both sides of the purse where the straps attach, tore away from the purse. I ordered from Nordstrom.com but returned to Nordstrom Rack today. While they did process my return, they were sure to tell me that their policy is no returns for items that have been used. Not sure if I’m missing something but when did Nordstrom stop standing behind their products? To pay $70 for a purse that falls apart after 3 uses is crazy!

Beautiful bag but…..
I bought this bag in both the sand and natural color and within an hour of wearing one of the bags, the straps came apart so I tied a knot as I was on vacation and did not have another bag with me. Within the next half hour, the other strap broke off as well. I did not have much in my bag so it was very lightweight. Unfortunately, this is a design flaw. Sadly, I’ll have to return both the damaged bag and the other that I haven’t been able to use yet.

I love the look of this purse but the should strap fell off the second time I used it. It must be a product flaw as there’s 2 other reviews with the same problem.

Terrible Quality
I just purchased this bag, got home, took it out of the bag, and the strap is not properly sewn in. I am so disappointed!!!! It’s such a pretty bag, but now I have to make another trip to the store to return it! Ughhhhh

Horrible execution of a nice design
First of all seriously, stitching the main handles to the body of the bag should be the most integral aspect of constructing the bag. Both sides of the strap came apart from the stitching. Obvious design flaw DO NOT BUY, you’ve been warned. I should have took the other reviews more serious.

Poor quality - strap broke after a few uses
I had great hopes for this cute bag! I used it a few times over spring break and again a few times the last 2 weeks on a vacation. The bag fell off my shoulder and onto the floor while shopping as the strap detached from the bag. I’m so disappointed in the poor quality of this bag and it is too late to return it.
