Broomstick Maxi Skirt

The sizing is not consistent. I tried on and purchased the brown in store in a large. I loved it so much that I purchased the white online a few days later. The white fits as though it's at minimum two sizes smaller. The brown is pleasantly a little loose and hits right at the top of my foot. Perfection. The white is squeezing my waist and barely reaches my ankle. Both are labeled large. The white fits like a small or x-small. My daughter is a size 0 and the white skirt, that I tagged and labeled as a large is a bit snug on her. I either received a defective, mislabeled skirt, or the sizing of the white is vastly different from the brown.
