Plantar fasciitis and shin splints. Ouch.
These shoes gave me plantar fasciitis in my left foot, terrible shin splints and created callous pain points I’ve never had before in my right foot. If I could give zero stars I would. I have narrow feet and high arches so I admit it’s difficult for me to find shoes that don’t hurt my feet. I bought them for work (I’m on my feet 8+ hours a day) thinking Brooks are known for being great supportive shoes and I’ve never had a shoe cause me pain like these.

Runs small but is supportive…so far
Purchased my first pair of Brooks shoes in coconut chateau zephyr which is a nice light rose blush color with neutral accents. As recommended by other people, I normally wear a 9.5 but got a 10. Runs snug but find supportive which I don’t mind for general walking during errands. And I look forward to running in them, possibly on the trails soon. Hoping trail running shoes in Brooks were easily found as opposed to many conflicting reviews. But give this brand a chance.

Disappointing
They feel like running shoes you would get at walmart, payless, etc. or something. Seems like you can’t get decent running shoes for $100 or less these days. Tried to be gracious about a “break in period”, but after months of trying… no. They are poor quality. Flimsy with virtually no support. Have gone back to Hoka.
