Foot pain is gone
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to try these after no luck with several other brands that were recommended for my chronic foot pain (Plantar fasciitis and Hypermobility Syndrome). For me, these are the perfect amount of stiffness, cushion and minimal arch support. Highly recommend trying them if your current shoes aren’t alleviating your pain enough.

Time to move own. Too soft.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been running in Brooks since the Villanova’s in the 70’s. Time to look for a new running shoe company. 😕 Brooks has gone all in on cushy/plush and ruined my beloved Adrenalines that have seen me through over 100 marathons and ultras. Started with the 24’s and now the 25’s. I could only take two runs in the 24’s before reselling them. I gave the 25’s three runs. Marshmallows and just soak up speed and made my knees ache - something I’ve never experienced in all my running days. If you’re a 10+min miler and want pillows on your feet, these might work for you. If you want to seriously run and want efficiency, well, those days appear to be over for the Adrenalines.

Support, you can feel without the bulk
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Brooks Adrenaline GTS for a few weeks now, and they’ve quickly become my go-to for both walking and light running. The support is the biggest thing I notice—my feet feel stable without the shoe being overly stiff or bulky. I’m on my feet a lot during the day, and these definitely help with fatigue.
The cushioning is soft but not squishy, which I like because it still feels responsive. I also noticed my knees and lower back don’t feel as beat up after longer days or workouts. Fit-wise, they run true to size, and the toe box has enough room without feeling sloppy.
One thing I’d point out is they’re not the lightest shoe out there, but for the level of support you get, it’s a fair trade-off.
Overall, if you need a reliable stability shoe that you can wear all day—not just for running—the Adrenaline GTS is a solid choice.
