cute jacket - Runs Small

This is a really cute, versatile jacket, great for office, actually any time. I ordered a small. I’m 5’2” and 117 lbs. this jacket runs extremely small in the arms and waist. Could not button the last button. I returned it but reordered the medium - will see if it works.
