What it is: A volumizing root powder that instantly amplifies volume and boosts texture.
What it does: This ultrafine, lightweight powder contains mineral-derived silica and maltodextrin, a natural corn starch, to gently lift the hair from the root without leaving a sticky residue. Ginger, ginseng and biotin work to promote a healthy hair and scalp.
How to use: Gently shake the powder into your roots and work your fingers through until your desired volume is achieved. Shake out excess powder at the roots with your fingertips to enhance the blending into your natural hair color. For added body and texture, apply to your hands and gently scrunch from ponytail to ends. Reapply as needed.

Adds great volume!
Works great on my fine, thin hair on “day 1” when I don’t use dry shampoo. The powder is easy to apply and brush in - a little bit goes a long way without leaving a white residue. Leaves my hair with enough volume and grip so it doesn’t look flat. Will definitely be buying again

New fav hair product!
My hair is very straight and falls flat against my head. This stuff gives it grit to fluff up and have some height when I toss my hair to the side. I have brown hair - if you do too apply sparingly or you will get that white residue look that dry shampoo can give. I highly recommend for those with fine, flat hair who want a little lift at the roots.

Bought 2 bc they’re discontinued
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product but unfortunately it was discontinued pretty much right after I discovered it so I have been purchasing it from retailers that have it when I run on but not sure if I will find it next time or what I will find to replace it.
I’ve always loved the charcoal dry shampoo and still use that for days my hair is up, this is just the perfect root lifter for days I wear my hair down.
So disappointed that the volumizing line is being done away with, considering that is how I found you guys years and years ago to begin with.

Better than other powder lifters - NOT sticky
Love this powder. It has a silky feel unlike others that feel a bit tacky. You can feel it in your hair, but it is not sticky. You can revive it just but massaging the scalp a bit. It give just the right amount of lift at the scalp. It does not take much, and if you overuse it does show white at the scalp, as do any other powders. This one is worth the price and is the best that I have tried. Will continue to purchase
