Very Happy With This Lamp
This is the second Brightech lamp I've purchased and both have exceeded expectations.
The Montage works perfectly behind our couch. We did not have any trouble getting it to stand straight after some adjustment to the bottom attachment. I appreciate that others mentioned the shade is tan as opposed white. Fortunately the tan works in our room but if I had been expecting white like the photos I would have been disappointed. That said, the shade packaging, assembly and design is brilliant. What a smart way to ship a typically large sized item. I will definitely continue to shop Brightech for our future lighting needs.

Sleek lamp but doesn't stand up straight
After I tightened the nut on the base of the lamp, it still wouldn’t stand up fully straight. Enough for me to want to return it honestly. Also, the shade looks really cheap when you get up close and notice it’s just rolled and snapped into place. Lastly, the switch being on the wire means you can’t really have the lamp near a couch with wires behind the couch because you won’t be able to turn on your lamp LOL

Bright light to sit right under
Lamp materials quality and shipping experience are great. I love the look of the lamp in my room. The light is so bright that I really think the lamp needs a diffuser disk at the bottom of the shade, however, and I am experimenting with how to fix the issue — 40 watt bulb might work (comes with a 60). It is not a tall lamp and the light is super close to the person on the couch.
