You get what you pay for.
Good lamp for a very reasonable price. However, could not get the lampshade completely vertical. I don’t understand why it doesn’t swivel and adjust with gravity. Seems to be an easy fix. And the lampshade is not centred over the rod. So in the end you get what you paid for.

Perfect in every way
We got the brushed gold and it is perfect. As others have said, the marble base is sturdy and heavy. The lamp looks nicer than $195 and it fits our room perfectly. Even comes with its own lightbulb! The power switch is a step on switch btw.
