High quality construction and design. Very professional appearance, and it slides very easily onto my Briggs & Riley luggage. One downside of ordering through Nordstrom rather than directly through Briggs & Riley is that they will not engrave the leather name tag on the front of the bag. I contacted Nordstrom's online help and they stated that Nordstrom does not provide this service.

I like it. Fits my needs. It’s sturdy but lightweight, good looking, nice zippers, a can accommodate most of items I’d like to bring. Got a little bit tight with bunches of cords and adapters, which I use for intl travel. Even when fully expanded, it’s not so good for bigger or bulkier stuff, like cases for sunglasses or a carrying case for noise canceling headsets, or bottle of water. You’d be placing those items near the top portion of the bag where you can squeeze them in or shoving them deeper and creating a lumped up misshapen mess of items that would not be ideal. There’s no real open compartment, nothing cavernous enough for that. If you’re trying to substitute this for a backpack, look elsewhere. Monogram is very nice, better than the luggage. Warranty is best in industry. Doesn’t deserve a 5, so I had to go with 4. Overall 4.3 I’d say. I’d buy it again - in fact, I did. I had a slimmer version from years back. I am happy with this product.
