Bredon Tartan Accent Cotton & Cashmere Cardigan

I was disappointed in this sweater. I did size up one size and it fit ok. Could probably go up another size for a slouchier fit. I had expected a sort of soft brushed cotton fabric with just a little substance to it, but it's fairly thin and not that soft. The oatmeal color is less oatmeal and more of a tan, which I didn't care for. I probably would prefer the navy, but it's sold out. It's definitely not worth the full price amount and barely worth it at Anni sale price. The plaid detail on elbow patches and placard is cute, but otherwise a pretty basic sweater similar to a thin cotton sweater at Gap, etc. I expected something better from this brand.

I know this is a British brand and tends to run small so I upsized one size and it was still too small. The fabric doesn’t feel luxurious despite the cotton/cashmere blend. I don’t think I’ll re purchase in a larger size

I agree with the other reviewer who said it runs small and isn't very soft. I wanted a little more length and maybe room at the bottom in case it shrunk because of the high cotton content. Also the elbow patches appear to be cotton if anyone was wondering. It's really cute on, but I think I want something softer and a little longer.

Looks and feels nice. One star off for short sleeves send body. Does in the style of petite.

Lightweight cardigan pretty simple and elegant. A classic that will be in my wardrobe for years.

I bought it in black and size 4 . That was the smallest size. I am usually a zero or double zero. It was only large in the shoulders. It appears good quality. Hopefully smaller sizes will be available in the future. It was my first purchase in this brand.
