Large Duxbury Croc Embossed Leather Satchel

I bought this during the recent sale - it's not returnable, apparently. And although I love the look of it, the construction is problematic. Specifically - it squeaks! Where the handles attach to the hardware, it is so so squeaky. Like, hear it from across the street squeaky. This is my fourth Brahmin purchase. All others have been perfect in every way. My first large Duxbury though. Perhaps this is an issue with this style? Or perhaps this bag was on sale because it was subpar in this way? Would have been nice to know before the purchase... Makes me reconsider buying more - certainly will avoid anything that cannot be returned!
