Duxbury Croc Embossed Leather Weekend Bag

This is my first review ever and I'm only posting it to counter the comment below. This is a stunningly fabulous bag, which looks even more expensive than it is. It is perfect for weekend trips and I'm even taking it on a 5-day trip soon as I'm a light packer. Comments like the one below ("bag is bigger than expected so I'm going to give it four stars") are really befuddling to me. The bag's dimensions are prominently listed above. You can't give a product four stars because you didn't read the description - that's entirely your problem. Please don't mislead others.

I love this look and feel of the bag and it was crafted as expected. I am rating it as a five but I did return it. It didn't fit my needs because it is too heavy when packed. I don't see being able to carry it though an airport without wheels. I did a trial packing for a weekend of winter clothes and decided it wasn't going to work. I would love to see this bag with wheels. I don't want to discourage anyone from purchasing this bag but for my heavy air travel it was not right.

This bag is so, so pretty. Well built. Drastically improves your mood when traveling which, lets face it, is not particularly enjoyable. It is also huge. It's more a suitcase than a large bag, which is actually a bit of a letdown because I can't use it as often as I could a giant purse. It would be show the bag next to a person as most Nordstrom bags are displayed. I think I would still have purchased it, but would not have been slightly disappointed upon unwrapping it.
