Surprised Look
I was hesitant about purchasing these pants. Having lived through the 70’s, I wasn’t keen on repeating the wide bottoms. I’ve got to say I’m thrilled I bought these pants! They fit great and look good!

no curves allowed
these pants were not curve flattering. Coke bottle shapes need not apply. Too straight in the hip, not flatter on the butt, and gaps in the waist- i don't think sizing up or down would help- i wouldn't even know which way to go because it was tight here and loose there. Sadly returning.

5’8, 145, hourglass (shoulders and hips are 10 inches bigger than waist) purchased size 10
these fit my waist and hips well and they’re long when worn with flats. i like that the wide leg balances my hips.
the only think that i don’t like is that they’re very wrinkled after washing them and hard to iron.

I would give these a 4 1/2 , just not quite a 5 stars for me. Pants are a bit tight on the hips; I think these would be perfect for someone with a straighter body (e.g. not too "hippy"). The light blue color is a lovely sky blue and the fabric is light, but not thin. These should be perfect for the spring, fall and cool summer evenings. I wish they were made in a petite size, as at 5'4", I will have to have them hemmed (and I do not live close to a Nordstrom store, so I can't take advantage of the alterations benefit).

AVOID LOOKING LIKE WEARING A TENT
Color blue is attractive for summer season. If you are a large size, these wide legs will give you a BIG and WIDE silhouette. Length was good for tall woman. I immediately knew this pant was disfiguring.
