Too much fragrance for me
The sweatshirt was fine, except for the fragrance that had been sprayed all over it. I order online to avoid clothes that were in retail stores, because I’m allergic to fragrances. I don’t want to wash a brand new item 3 times just to wear it, so I sent it back. I’m sorry that stores have sprayed perfume that permeate clothes and are hard to remove. I’m afraid I won’t order an item from Nordstrom again for that reason.

Needs deeper pockets
Material is soft and super comfy. Warm enough for brisk walks in the low 60s. Layering works well under or over this hoodie. My only issue with this is the pockets are not deep enough to securely carry a smartphone or larger wallet. Falls out easily.

I like my shirt but the sales person said my card wouldn’t work. I received a letter from Nordstrom to use my card in the 60 days which hadn’t expired. Then I had to tell her the price on the sticker showed a sale price. When I asked if they had cashmere sweaters she said no but we have blouses. This is not how Nordstrom’s used to be!!
