Mid Rise Baggy Barrel Jeans

These pants are made very well for the price. For context, I often purchase Mother, AG, Rag and Bone because of material and fit. I would never have considered these jeans but an influencer I follow recommended them as a huge surprise love. I agree. For the price, the material and fit is great. I was highly surprised. I am 5’2 1/2- 5’3 and 127 lbs and purchased a 26 and 27. I am keeping the 26.

If you, like me, always struggle with finding a relaxed fit jean due to thick thighs and wide hips, these are the jeans for us girls. The barrel cut of these is just enough to provide a relaxed fit for us thick-thighed girlies without being so exaggerated that it looks silly, as some barrel jeans do in my opinion. It gives me that perfect relaxed fit that you always see in model pics, but never seems to sit right on my thighs or hips, no matter how much I size up, unless they were literally falling off my waist. I did size down one size in these, and I am someone who has never sized down in jeans in my life. If anything, I usually have to size up and then get pants taken in at the waist, but ordering one size down has these fitting like a glove straight out of the box. I love these so much that I immediately ordered another pair after wearing them today.

I am 127 pounds, 5’4. I wear a 27/4. I ordered a 26 and the waist was still big. If you want them to ride low then go one size down. I already have jeans that are large & low rise so I’m returning them. If you want them to fit then go two sizes down.

I thought these might run small so I ordered up. I'm a size 12 and the 32 was just a bit too big so I ordered a 31 and they are actually bigger in the waist than the 32. Not sure which one I will keep, or maybe try a 30. The sizing is off but I like the loose fit and the length is perfect. I'm 5'7" and they hit right at the ankle.

On our annual back to school shopping trip I purchased these jeans for my DGD. Fit was try to size..She loved the fit and style.

I am usually a true size 4 / 27. I’ve gained a little weight and these fit perfectly so I can see where these may fit a bit bigger on someone else. I am 5’5, the length is perfect for me and looks like the model in the picture. I ordered the darkest color and they feel like quality cotton jeans. Not too thick or thin. I knocked off a star only because the jeans smell like moth balls. I washed them twice and put them out in the sun hoping they wouldn’t smell but they still did! I soaked them over night in white vinegar as this was my last resort. I shouldn’t have to do this with a brand new pair of jeans.
