Horrible experience

Wrong item arrived, when I called to get it fixed this item was already sold out. They made me take wrong item to the post office to return still waiting for my refund. So I am still out the money with no shoes 😭

These loafers delivered in all the right ways, color, silhouette, style, function it checked all the boxes. I wear a 7.5 but ordered 8 cuz I know the brand n I was right the 8 fit perfectly. You can’t go wrong with these loafers.
