Best sport bra
For this 36FF/36H (who previously thought she was a 40DD/40E) user, this bra holds breasts in place without forcing, stretching, or compressing them. They aren't flattened out or squished into cones. I've only worn it once, but so far so good! Turning, bending, twisting, running, stretching didn't challenge this bra at all. I have a lot of anxiety about the appearance of my low, post-weight-loss, stretch-marked breasts, and this bra fits so well that it lets me forget my concerns! It holds the breasts gently but securely in place so I feel assured that I'm not causing more stretching or strain to the skin when I move, and it lifts them to a place where the skin can relax and stretch marks are therefore less visible. (Although when properly fitted, this bra offers modestly high coverage, as shown in the picture.) At the same time, it separates breasts in a natural way that reduces sweaty skin-on-skin contact and the dreaded uniboob appearance. I'm even thinking about getting another and using this as an ordinary daytime bra--it's that good.
I'm starting with it on the regular strap positioning, and I'll switch to X-back strap positioning when it ages and has a little less elasticity/support; I suspect that this design feature is going to give this bra a longer life span than some others.
When you read negative bra reviews, keep in mind that most women are trying to make the wrong size work. The most important thing is to learn your proper size, especially for a sport bra like this one. Try a professional fitting (not an ordinary department-store fitting), even if you've tried on an armload of bras over the years. When you read on the internet that 85% of women are wearing the wrong size bra...no matter what you think or how many sizes you've tried, you probably ARE in the 85%! Get fitted and find out. If I had ordered this in the size I thought I wore, instead of the new size (down 2 bands, up 3 cups), I would have been very unhappy with it. If you want to experiment on your own, aim for a VERY tight band, and go up one cup size for each band size you decrease. If you're spilling over your cups now (quadriboob in the front, or spillover under the arms), go up an extra cup size in addition to that. (Nordstrom's bra-fit video is a good help, too.)
This bra fit true to my new, fitted size; I tried on a few in adjacent sizes just to be sure. I was actually at the point of thinking about limiting certain kinds of stretches and exercises because of the awkwardness of doing them with a large chest, but I think this bra is going to rescue me. I hope it works for you!

Beware of chafing
I ordered a 32E size. The bra fit nicely initially, but during my workout the fabric in between the cups (only the bottom part) did not lay flat and it seriously irritated my skin. Otherwise, I would have loved the bra. I am disappointed based on all the other reviews.

DISLIKE MOLDED CUP
I found myself frustrated AGAIN when I ordered yet another bra that I was SO excited to try!! Nowhere in the bra's description did it mention (or that I could find!!) that it had molded cups?? I LOOKED for that because the last bra I returned ended up having molded cups as well!! I have 5 Wacoal bras that I LOVE, but I wanted to try this REALLY cute Panache bra. I wear a 34 DDD, and I DON'T need my breasts to look BIGGER, which is what a molded bra does. I AM OFFICIALLY waving a white flag in shopping for a new and different bra other than Wacoal, that has a thin, soft fabric that is covering your breasts, not foam-filled mounds that make you look ENORMOUS!!

Good for what it is
I did a side-by-side comparison between this & the Wacoal Sports bra, and here are my findings.
1. Fit & Shape: I believe this fits true to size, I am a 32DDD, and I ordered a 32E, which is the same according to the conversion chart, and it fit like a 32DDD. I found the cut of the bra pleasant & comfortable, but I did think it was a slightly unusual silhouette under a t-shirt. For a molded bra, it certainly isn't a smooth look and the seam on the cups is very obvious, particularly under thin running shirts. However, I did appreciate the molded cup factor because otherwise I show through everything all the time.
2. Test Run: I found that this bra did not provide enough support for me (32DDD) while running with the halter unclasped. As soon as I started running I felt too bouncy, and thus I clasped the halter in the back. Unfortunately, the halter was not comfortable, and it felt too restrictive on my neck & upper back, which is where it clasps. That said, once clasped it provided very good support for me on a 5k run, but afterwards my back was sore because it was supporting the weight of my chest, rather than the band.
3. My conclusion: For me, the Wacoal sports bra provided better support while running, I didn't think it was as cute as this bra, but that isn't what I'm going for. I'd say, for all low-medium impact sports, this would be great, but for high-impact, I recommend the Wacoal.

The search is over
I have 32G and while having discovered Panache a couple of years ago for well fitting, pretty lingerie, I didn't know about their sports bra until recently. Needless to say, I have two of them now and I will NEVER buy a sports bra from a different company again. The Panache bra is comfortable, looks good under my workout tops, eliminates "uniboob" and most importantly for me, I can run in it!!! I am so, so grateful to Panache for making this bra.

fabulous sports bra
so I guess you could say I've been on a sports bra hunt since getting a breast lift/implants, as I'm pretty active: running & lifting weights. Tried Freya non-molded underwire (great bra but looks a little pointy with the seams). This Panache bra is outstanding! Cushion shoulder straps, with an underwire that seems to be encased in the fabric ( I don't feel it at all during a workout). The ability to criss cross the straps with the small O ring hook in the back for high impact activity is great. Seams lay flat and smooth, and even with the colors (I have the gray & the purple styles) they barely show under light colored shirts, which is nice because the white one looks a little more "industrial". Had to go down a band size & up a cup size to get a nice snug supportive fit for workouts. (I would typically buy a 32F in a Panache bra, and the 30FF tacks to the chest better and will allow for typical stretch with use)

The Wonder Sports Bra!
These sports bras are literally a miracle sent from God. I am naturally well endowed & unfortunately I could never find any sports bras that would fit me. Nike, Lululemon, & so many other brands don't fit me or don't even make bra sizes in my size.
In the past, I had gotten to the point of almost crying because I was so upset I couldn't find sports bras & I wanted to work out. I am so grateful I found these sports bras because not only do they fit me, but they are literally amazing! They are sooooo comfortable & when I jog or run it holds my breasts in place so they're not flopping around and hurting. They also provide wonderful coverage.
I cannot say enough good things about these bras & I highly recommend them to you curvy women like me. For all of those women who don't fit the regular L & XL sizing in sports bras try Panache PLEASE! They've made me so happy I even bought them in all the colors they offered. They're a little pricy, but worth it & one of the few for large breasted women like me.
