Nice quality, cannot lift arms due to rigid seams
I'm 2 waist up, 4 waist down. I've seen notes that this brand can run large--this dress did not! It does fit waist up in a 2, however, the armhole/sleeve end seams are somehow defective. I have tiny shoulders and arms, and I cannot lift my arms more than a few inches as they feel sewn shut in this dress. I hope this helps! It's gorgeous and I was satisfied with the quality otherwise.
