Bouclé Knit Jacket

I ordered this online in a size 16. It arrived in a timely manner, but the packaging was horrendous. It was literally folded into a small plastic bag 8 inches square- crazy because this is a $2000 jacket. I will never be able to get the wrinkles out of it. To make matters worse it had the security tag on it that I am unable to remove. That’s not all, the buttons are completely different than what was shown online. Online the buttons are gold the one that arrived had black buttons. This looks and was shipped and treated like it’s some piece of junky fast fashion. The sizing is very odd. The sleeves are very long. The shoulder is fine. The waist is small and the length is somewhat long. I will definitely be returning. Shame on Nordstrom. Nordstrom customer service has gone down the drain.

I think mine was mislabeled . I ordered an 8. I wear either a 6 or an 8, size 27 jeans . 5'9" 145. St. John's usually runs full. I could barely get my arms in the jacket . It fit like a size 2..... returning

Can be worn alone or with slacks and a blouse. This is the staple I've been looking for. Love it!
