Elegant, Durable, and Perfectly Tailored
Couldn’t be happier with the Boucle custom (and standard) size rugs in Salt color. The texture is beautifully subtle and adds just enough dimension the elevate the space. The quality is great, and it’s so easy to clean, even with kids and two dogs. We’ve had spills and tracked-in dirt, but quick a wipe or vacuum, and it looks as good as new.

Highly disappointed: false advertising
Disappointed in so many ways that we returned both. This item in no way resembles boucle and is nothing more than their plastic placemat with a tin rubber backing. The shiny plastic looking mat looks cheap, is obviously not absorbent and has no real purpose that you would want in a rug. If you want a rug, go find another option as this is not it.

Fabulous texture & quality
We recently discovered these “rugs” and can’t get enough! The Boucle has a wonderful texture, nothing shaggy, just perfect and it feels amazing under foot! The quality is top notch, I have 2 Boucles and 2 mini basket weave rugs and love them!! 3 Labradors and cats and these are awesome rugs for pets!

Decent rugs
I bought two rugs in various sizes and while I appreciate the aesthetic and durability the price is far too high for what you are getting . I also find that ordering directly for chilewich you will be the highest price and have the the slowest possible delivery

I purchased this rug after receiving a set of Boucle placemats as a wedding gift. The texture and color (Moon) are beautiful, and it gave me the confidence to have a light-colored rug. My next order will be a custom version in the same color.
