I once had a hair stylist say not only was my hair fine, and thinning, but she said ‘your ends are ‘hollow’… like see through. That was years ago and I’ve continued to look for ways to beef up my limp, fragile hair… this is fantastic as is the entire line… from shampoo to conditioner. then I spray in Bumble and Bumble ‘go big’ all over (go back to it every time I go away from it) and let my hair air dry about half way, then smooth a bit of this into the mid lengths and ends, do a low heat blow dry and for the first time in years, my hair has some ‘heft’. My current stylist, who knows my hair pain, has pointed me to some top salon products that failed to achieve what the Aveda Bontanical Repair line has. She commented on how great my hair was looking this past trim, I didn’t have the heart to tell her I wasn’t using her Euphora products because she used to sell Aveda! I know not everything works for everyone but this line of products works for me!

I'm in the process of growing out my silver and had some highlights put in to help it all blend. This product helps smooth grey flyaways, nourishes the dryer parts of my hair, and smells incredible. I apply it to damp hair and then dry gently, using a boar bristle round brush on the top layers. So smooth!

I'm not sure what about this line doesn't agree with my hair. When I used this - in combination with the leave-in treatment or alone on damp hair - I experienced a lot of breakage and hair fall throughout the day. On the plus side, I love the smell and it made my curls look great, but something about these products are not for me. I was really hoping it could replace the Cherry Almond Leave-in Conditioner, which my hair loves but it gives me dandruff. I have fine, curly, low porosity hair.

I'm letting my hair go gray and have had high lights and low lights to help ease the process. I go to an Aveda Salon and my stylist recommended this product line. I could not be happier wi the results. My color treated hair is smooth and healthy looking. No frizz. It feels like silk.

Ok so I'm still experimenting with different amounts, styling techniques, and product combos but I'm ready to give this 5 stars and must say I'm surprised. Staff at an Aveda store recommended it to me and I was skeptical because most prestyle products that have any hold at all end up making my super-fine, fragile hair look greasy, weighed down, or stiff and artificial. This really provides that next level of control while staying completely soft and natural-looking. It helps hold simple style even just from blwodrying with a round brush, and that's enough to have a more "volumizing" effect than any fine-hair product I have ever used. I also love the heat protection. It was NOT a total a fix for frizziness but noticeably helped (like, as in people commented). Basically, if you have hair like mine (so fine and sparse that it basically only exists in the spiritual plane and will float away into the ether no matter how carefully you blowdry) it adds that little bit of "weight" that you always hope for, like, just enough to let it stay put on your shoulders where it belongs instead of getting tangled and going crazy. Iykyk. Surprised and pleased!
