This plant-derived liquid-gel cleanser lathers into a gentle foam that helps normalize skin. It helps remove oil and surface dirt, gently dissolve makeup and impurities and is gentle enough to use morning and evening. It features Aveda's own Pure-Fume™ aroma with certified organic grapefruit, geranium, mandarin and other pure flower and plant essences.

- Coconut and babassu derived surfactants: gently dissolve makeup, oil and surface dirt. Also cleanses skin
How to use: Mornings and evenings, lather small amount in hands and smooth over damp face and neck, avoiding eye area. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.

wonderful!!
I was looking for a cleanser for oily skin, with plant derivatives and free of parabens preservatives - this is it! It's a refreshing gel cleanser that removes makeup (I wear mineral powder foundation) and it leaves my skin soft. A little gel goes a long way and forms a nice sudsy foam. I love the aroma of essential oils of this gel cleanser. I'm so glad to have found this cleanser!

Great product reformulated poorly
What have you done w my Aveda skin care products? This gel cleanser has been reformulated and is very watery compared to the last bottle I purchased that was running out.
Thought it must be on off bottle so purchased another one at Aveda distributor and compared it to the one I was replacing.
Both new ones were much more watery.
Have been using Aveda since Horst first started the business and have seen changes w the products, both good and not so good, over the years but this by far is the worst modification.
Thank goodness for Nordstrom's wonderful return policy!
Sorry to say I will be starting my search for a new skin care line.

Disappointed
I really wanted to like this being that the reviews had ranted and raved that it was for all skin types - but this was not it for me. It made my skin break out and I tried to really let it work however, it just wasnt. I have sensitive combination skin and I thought that this being plant based would be helpful but it clogged my pores and made my T zone oily.

My daily regimen
I've been using this product for almost a year now. Its part of my daily regimen in the morning and evenings. This was recommended to me by Pyara salon in Cambridge, MA by Kristen and I've been religiously using it. I would recommend this product to people who have sensitive skin, since I'm one of them. Its gentle, yet cleans thoroughly. I use it daily with my Clairsonic.

The only product I use
Great cleanser, skin feels clean and does not leave it feeling dry I've been using this cleanser for years, although the bottle.was much larger.
