Poor quality for a “high end company “
Purchased two of these bags in 2024, just turned one year terrible quality, Despite Hugo Boss's reputation as a high-end company, the material quality of both bags has proven to be cheap and of poor quality, showing premature wear and tear.
I Will reach out to Hugo Boss because generally they offer a two-year warranty on its products, covering manufacturing defects and material faults.
