5 stars for Joses! Joses was incredibly helpful and made my fiancé feel truly valued while getting his suit. His kindness and professionalism stood out and really made the experience better for us. However, the tailor made us feel uncomfortable. His tone came off as aggressive and pushy. For example, when I asked if noon would work, he bluntly replied, “No, it don’t work for me. I said 8,” which felt unnecessarily rude. He kept saying things like, “You have to, you understand?” — it felt more like being told what to do than being guided as a customer. Even when it came to pricing, all he emphasized was “$125+” without much explanation, which felt more like pressure than service. Honestly, if it weren't for Joses, we would have walked out. We didn’t mind the cost — but no customer should feel awkward or uncomfortable. Huge thanks again to Joses for making the difference!
