Perfect, classy shift
This is a gorgeous dress. The fabric is like butter. The tailoring at the waist is beautiful, but it IS skinny. Not a great choice if you're having a large lunch.

Maybe not right for larger sizes
I wear a size 14 and this dress looked like a potato sac on me. Also the dress had really pronounced darting, so I think it would have fit too tight in a smaller size. I see really good reviews from other buyers however I notice that these buyers often also listed that they wear a smaller dress size. Maybe the Boss tailoring doesn't work out in the larger sizes. At least it didn't for me.

This is the most amazing dress I have purchased in years! Simple but striking. The cut and fabric are spot on, and the details are extremely flattering. The material moves and flows with your every movement. Super soft and no stiffness at all, and I believe that's what makes the difference. I had Nordstrom tailor a few tiny areas, and the dress looks like a custom garment. I wish there were more colors, I would buy them all!
