Not the Nordstrom’s I Know

Ridiculous! You shipped the wrong size. I process the return as ‘shipped wrong item’. Nordstrom Rack refused the return stating “you can’t return underwear”. I told them they it was their error - didn’t budge. Now, I have to go to a Nordstroms to return it, again. Not the ‘Nordstrom Way’ that I remember.
