Great Sound!
I had a pair of wired Bose Earbud and loved them. Was very happy to upgrade to these. The sound is awesome and love the charger case. Very easy to set up.

Mind of their own
Once connected to my iphone, the headphones activated voice control (which I never use and to my knowledge is turned off) and began face timing and calling random people in my address book. I checked the help forums and see that other customers have reported this problem, but Bose doesn’t have a solution. Sadly I will be returning these earbuds.

Very Poor Battery Life
Just about get four hours out of the batteries. I think that is sub standard for a product like this.

Left earbub stopped working - less than a year old
The head phones are great except that left earbub stopped working almost within 6 months. Stopped using the headphones for a month and it started working again. Now when I try to use the left earbud, it won't even charge. I barely used there earbuds and it's been nothing but problems. Rather disappointing.
