QuietComfort® 25 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® iOS Headphones

i needed SOMETHING for blocking out office noise and found out Nordstrom carried these. They definitely cancel out the random noises while listening to music, but you can hear slight chatter when no music is playing, but the noise cancellation is on. i love how you don't have to blast music like regular headphones. someone had to literally tap me on the shoulder because I felt as if I was in my own little world. I have worn these all day and they are very comfortable on. I highly recommend them if you're looking to invest in a quality product.

I got these headphones because I've been looking at them at various big box stores. and couldn't tell if I really wanted to justify the price or get a less expensive pair. They are definitely worth the price, but with everyone else's gift lists, I couldn't justify these for myself. Well, lesson lived = lesson learned. I used my Nordstrom Bucks that I had earned from previous purchases earlier in the year and was able to get myself a little present without feeling guilt. The best part was, I didn't have to wait until the holidays to open them. I put them on this past weekend and enjoyed the "silence" of listening to music in my room while I did some meditation. Usually, it's interrupted with dogs barking, phone ringing, etc. These are great, comfortable and they fit nicely over my ears without being too big. They also come with a great carrying case and EVEN a airplane plug-in so you can use them on flights for the inflight entertainment. Definitely worth the money and worth spending your Nordstrom Bucks for!!!

This was a gift for my husband, who likes nice headphones, speakers, etc. He also travels a lot thru airports and wanted the noise reduction for phone calls and music. These are perfect, and he loves them. I bought them from Nordstrom on a triple point day, and have the rare pleasure of getting these "never discounted" items on a discount of sorts. Could not be happier!

these don't even deserve a 1-star rating. i AM FURIOUS that I gave these as a Christmas gift and the person opened them and they don't work!! Get some new quality control procedures in place if you are going to sell $300 head phones because people expect to get what they pay for. Unbelievable.

Its a very good headset, although it has some flaws. The unboxing experience is great, and the addition of a carrying case is a plus. The headset is lightweight, and it can fold for portability. It also has a removable cable, and the battery life for the noise cancelling is substantially long. The noise cancelling is phenomenal, but if you are listening to something with it on and decide to turn it off, it does make the sound sound terrible for about 10-20 seconds, which can get annoying. With noise cancelling on, the headphones are very clear and loud. The bass is not over or under powering, but the headphones could use a little more bass. However, with it off, the headphones aren't as loud as you would expect and are still very clear sounding. For a casual listener, it is a major step up from the earbuds that come with you phone. But for those bass lovers out there, this wouldn't be the best pair of headphones for you. And yes, I would definitely recommend this headset to another person.

I have looked at buying a set of noise canceling headphones for some time. There are several to choose from and wide price range. After months of indecision, I bought the Bose Quiet Comfort 25. The noise canceling is great. but the main reason for choosing these was that I could wear these for hours and not have my ears start hurting. Some of the other headphones were on ear rather than over ear. These are so comfortable I do not regret the price. I know I got a great headphone and one that I can wear for long periods of time with great comfort. I hight recommend these headphones. You won't be disappointed.
