Shasta Ankle Strap Platform Sandal

These sandals are darling. I love the look of the larger base and the skinny ankle strap, and the slight arch of the over-toe strip, but these were just not comfortable. I bought them to be an every-day, everywhere shoe and they're not going to work for that. My foot is narrow so it slid through the top front as I walked, and my usual size was a size too big. I would size down in these if they were soft and easy to walk in, but alas, they are not.

The ankle strap was loose and not secured. They were squeezing my arches but were too loose around forfeet. Not true M width. Also, I noticed in a few spots where the vamp connects to the insole, it was coming apart. The shoes weren't glued well.
