Very comfortable sandal.
I have these in light gold, navy, and just bought them in pink. They're that comfortable. For a back story... I've had arthritis in my toes for 2 years now and hadn't been able to wear anything for an "all day shoe" this entire time except Birkenstocks. I've literally been living in my Birks. Which is fine... but I am tired of the lack of options. I went to a competitor of Norstrom and tried on these (and a couple other) sandals. These were like a miracle find for me. They are extremely comfortable and cushioned in all the right places for my arthritic toes to not be painful all day. I wore them for a week straight and decided I needed another color (and then another!) just in case the style gets discontinued. To be honest, I've never bought Born before, so I don't know if they have rotating styles or not. Anyway, size-wise I have a wide, size 9 foot and typically size up to a 10. These fit a slight bit snug when brand new - in the size 9 - but stretched enough after 1 day to be perfectly comfortable. I'm glad I decided to stick with the 9 and not size up in these.
Note: I did buy my first pair from a competitor, but bought my 2nd and 3rd pair from Nordstrom. They're all exactly the same.

Poor quality and poor customer service
Last year I ordered Born sandals from Nordstrom, they were very comfortable. These were mismatched in size. The right 1/2 longer than the left and very loose in the middle. I had to go to the store to return these and the salesman said they do not carry Born and was unhelpful. Will not shop at Nordstorm again. I can see why there were no other customers. I wanted to buy sandals that day.

Cute but different fitting than other Born shoes
They're cute but they fit differently than my other Born shoes; I couldn't keep them. I have Born booties and flats, and in comparison these are both too small (uncomfortable across ball of my foot) and too big (my toes didn't really peep out at front as I hoped they would). On the other hand, I have what a salesperson referred to as "Flintstone feet" - they're wide at the ball of the foot and normal-to-narrow at the heel. Is your foot less triangle shaped? Then you might be in luck.

Walking on clouds
So comfortable. I normally wear a 7.5 to an 8, and I wasn’t sure that I should size down since these only come in whole sizes, but I am so glad I did. The 7 was perfect. I bought the navy, and will probably buy more colors. Like walking on clouds. The vamp is not too high, and I love that the strap is wide, unlike many of this seasons sandals which are thin and tend to cut into your foot. The wide strap, the soft sole has made this my new fav. Buy them while they are still in stock. If you are between sizes, do size down. Enjoy

Heel strap problem
I wanted to love these. They are comfortable, so comfortable that I ordered two more pair in different colors BEFORE I wore the first pair. There is a problem with the design of the back strap. It fits too low on your heel and slips way too far down after only wearing for about 30 minutes. So has to go back along with the two pair that haven't arrived yet. I wear a lot of Born shoes--this one just wasn't the norm.

Fantastic and comfy!
Stylish and very comfy. I walked more th a 2 miles in these, straight out of the box with no blisters at all. Have already walked more than 10miles and love these sandals.

The Most Perfect Stylish, Comfortable Sandal
Everyb year I try so hard to find a stylish, yet comfortable, sandal for our yearly trips to Europe. We usually average 10 miles walking per day on our trips. This shoe is amazing! One of the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. And it feels stylish and cute too. I'm in love!
I usually wear a size 8.5 in sandles. The shoes only come in whole sizes so I ordered down with a size 8; it fits perfectly.
