Excellent Boots!
Bought this in the brown leather and it's BEAUTIFUL! The fit was true to size and I love the padding inside so I can walk around in them all day. They have also been waterproof tested and they PASS! Great purchase.

Uncomfortable and not cute
I was expecting something more like a combat-type boot (ie, a bit chunky and rugged looking) but these were very Little House on the Prairie instead. They were extremely tight all over and really swooped in at the ankle. There didn't seem to be any flexibility so they really hurt. Maybe they require wear to break in but I wasn't interested in being in pain for however long that would take. The shaft was also quite a bit shorter than it appears in the photos so they were a solid "no" and got returned.

Sooo comfy and stylish! I feel like I’m walking on clouds. I normally wear an 8.5, and got a 9. I also have wide feet. These boots definitely feel like I’m wearing a pair of really supportive athletic sneakers. I love these and can walk around in them all day!

Gorgeous Comfort!
Saw these on the first day of early access for Nordy Club members and they had sold out! Luckily, more available on the last day of early access so I snapped up a black pair in my normal Born size 8.5 (I'm normally between 8-8.5 but like that little extra toe room to accommodate a heavier sock. ) These boots are gorgeous! The leather is top notch--soft and supple. The tongue and interior are slightly padded with the typical plaid fabric that Born uses in many of their boots. Easy side zipper so you don't have to fuss with the lacing once you get it adjusted to your liking. With the decent support and cushioning of the flexible sole, these will be perfect for when the weather turns cooler. I own two pair of Born knee-high boots, and a low bootie in brown leather so these will go into the rotation.
