What it is: A supernatural eye balm that targets sunken, sagging skin and undereye bags to restore a youthfully firm, lifted look.

This eye balm is dreamy. Don’t be discouraged by other reviewers talking about the texture. It is a balm, just as the name says. Not a gel, cream or serum! This balm is extremely moisturizing. It makes my under eyes feel completely soothed when I put it on. I wake up (in very dry Colorado) with my eye area still feeling hydrated and moisturized, which is very hard to find in an eye product. My bags and fine lines look so much better after just a short time. It smells clean and spa like. I read about this in the New Beauty magazine best beauty products - so it’s been tested by the best and I completely agree. This one is worth the price tag.

Thick and Grainy
It's grainy and when I apply the viscosity is so thick it pulls at the delicate undereye. I even have tried warming it up in my hands, thinning it out, etc, but nothing helps. Disappointing for such an expensive product. Can't say I noticed a huge difference after using it either.

Product is a solid mass - not a creme
I bought this after looking at some great reviews on the internet. However, when it arrived, the product inside the bottle was a solid mass. I thought, "clearly there is something wrong with this particular batch, or maybe it was old stock". So, I went over to the nordstrom counter hoping to exchange it for another one. When I went there, I was told that the product is made to be a solid mass. Now, I am not talking solid like vaseline. I am talking completely solid such that if you rub your finger over it, it does not get on your fingers. They told me that you have to scoop out a bunch of the product by digging your fingers in and then warming up with your hands. By the time your warm it up (it is not soft like the la mer cream, it is very gritty), most of it has already been absorbed by your fingers. After taking a pea sized or bigger ball of the product, and warming it, you are left with wet/greasy film on the fingers that you are supposed to pat under your eyes. It may be the greatest product, but I saw 95% of it ending up on my fingers. Thankfully the great nordstrom customer service allowed me to return the product. Maybe there are folks who like this, but please be aware that the product is a solid mass.

Should be called "MIRACLE Eye Balm"!!!!
I know some people had negative comments about the texture and application and I have to admit that it is a bit tricky and takes a little getting used to but once you master the warming up of the balm between your fingers and apply it around the eyes....oh wow!!!! Instant results for me! And I am no spring chicken!!! Definitely lifting & firming. The smell is fantastic. It leaves a slight stickiness on the skin (that I love) and that stays on all day to remind you that you are lifted and firmer! My only negative is that I feel it should come with an applicator to help getting out of the jar. I solved that issue on my own by using an extra spoon I had that comes with the Crème Riche...another wonder by the way!!!

This eye balm is amazing. I use it twice a day. Works so great if your eyes are dry underneath. I wake up with less lines and such a smooth eye area in the morning and also stops creasing with my concealer during the day.

Finally a Win Win!!
I ordered this Boosted Contouring Eye Balm along with the TaTa Harper Elixir Vitae Serum. I was leery about spending this amount of money for products that I had only seen a tutorial on... I took a leap of faith and ordered these two products hoping to find renewal for my aging eyes. I layer these two products with each other and it’s a Win Win!! This Eye Balm is amazing, I noticed I only needed a tiny amount because it spreads like butter. After rubbing a tiny dab between my two middle fingers to melt it, I apply it in a circle around my whole eye. It seems to seal in the serum and melts into your skin. I honestly can tell you it makes a difference immediately it’s amazing!!!

Not worth the hype
Bought based on a stellar online video review but found it thick, piling, and drying.
It doesn't come with an applicator so you have to scrape out with your nail/finger which is already a non-luxury experience for a product with this price point (even though it's a steal on here). The balm is thick and has no slip so you're tugging at the delicate under eye area to apply. And to top it off, it is incredibly drying causing any concealer or other products to roll up and/or settle into any creases. I noticed my typical makeup only lasted half the time it usually does once I started using this product. Disappointing experience and it's not returnable.
For context I am late 30s, no skin issues outside of dark circles, bought as preventative skincare and for better moisture during winter months.
