Letdown
This designer of jewelry years ago was the best. What has happened over the years is so disappointing. The jewelry is old like this necklace I received yesterday. The gold is dingy and almost looks worn. The packaging is pathetic put in a box with the ever present rubber band then thrown in a huge box. What is happening to Nordstrom ? This is alot of money to pay for something that looks like this but you keep doing it and people like me keep buying. I did return and maybe I will learn.
