posts/backs not as pictured

I am disappointed because I ordered these for a small toddler given they had a screw post and back. The posts on the earrings I received are not actually designed for a screw and only came with a clear normal back, not the gold one pictured in all the images. Even the replacements sent to me by Nordstrom were the same :/ Earrings are very cute and perfect for a toddler otherwise.
