14K Gold Rope Chain Necklace

I tried to purchase this necklace twice. It broke immediately both times when gently moved it to adjust my hair. Nordstrom was wonderful to work with for the return, per usual, but I won't be buying Bony Levy again. I wish Nordstrom carried more variety in the brands for this price point. I also tried to purchase gold Bony Levy hoops recently and they also broke almost immediately.

This is a beautiful necklace. It's bright and sparkly and really eye-catching despite how delicate it is. Unfortunately, the clasp is very fragile and the o-ring broke away from the necklace the first time I tried putting it on. Because it's so beautiful, and I got it for a decent price during the sale, I'm debating whether I should have the clasp replaced at a jeweler or just return it.

I have stopped so many times at the jewelry counter and watched the employees just stand there and talk to each other, ignoring customers such as me But this time I actually had a very nice gentleman come over and help me and I made a nice little purchase for myself. I would've bought more but I didn't have too much time today but I wanted to say thank you
