Incredibly flimsy and cheap
I didn’t understand when another review said the heart was a “plate”, but now see that there’s no back to the heart, it’s just open and hollow in the back. I wasn’t expecting a solid gold heart, but did expect there to be a finished back. The chain is also so thin, it’s not visible - it doesn’t look as bad in the product photos. I guess Bony Levy is fine producing cheap, low quality products. This will be returned…

Overpriced!
I was soooo excited to receive this to compliment my other BL heart! What a disappointment! It’s an incredibly delicate “plate” of a heart with the thinnest of chains. For almost $250, I would’ve at least expected a 3D heart and something sturdier. I could see someone easily warping the hearttt over time and snapping the chain with the slightest tug. Also, chain seemed closer to 16’ than 18. Back it goes!
