14K Gold Cube Drop Earrings

I ordered these hoping they would dangle a bit more, but because they are small and my only piercing is in the middle of my lobe, they just rest against my ear. I imagine for a child, or an upper ear piercing, they would look better. The backs are also different, with a small metal insert surrounded by silicone. Only three stars because they don't dangle; I am returning them.

The color is much lighter yellow gold than the picture here, which I originally don’t like …but after I tried it on, it blended in with my skin… less obvious than other yellow gold if you want that look & it’s a bit smaller than the picture shown.. but big enough to show. The problem is the backing seems a bit loose, the silicone might fall off easily, especially after some wear, taking the earrings on and off, the hole will gets bigger. Now it’s already easily slip off with bare minimum effort. I tried to switch to different backing that are 14k gold, but somehow the stand is a bit thicker, cant fit any of my other backings. I might keep it since it’s on sales! I like it if they don’t vanish on my ears with that backings, hopefully! Also, it looks like a returned item, that’s why the backing is not tight anymore?!

I had these in my wishlist for a while and when they went on sale decided to purchase. As other reviews said they are very small, but seem to work ok in my mail and second ear piercing. Of they had been just a fraction of a millimeter longer in the dangle it would be 5-stars. But overall I really like them.
