Strange fit, poor quality

I ordered the size Medium and Large to try out and returned both. The torso is short but the sleeves are extra long. The other issue I had with it was stitching seam at neck had noticeable gap in the patterned yoke area. Third issue was one arrived "new' and had noticeable pilling on both sleeves. How it fit based on "runs small" due to torso length. Sleeves run 'Large/Long".
